Born in Austria, with chapters of her life unfolding in London and Italy before anchoring her vision in Limassol, Cyprus, Sara’s journey has always been about awakening deeper layers of purpose, passion and pleasure. A former marketing manager, celebrated fashion and mindfulness blogger, radio and event host, journalist & columnist, Sara’s multidimensional leadership blends strategic thinking with deep energetic mastery.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree, a diploma in Mental Coaching, and a certification in Styling, she brings a rare fusion of business acumen and embodiment wisdom into her consulting, retreats and coachings.

I’m Sara Erb — coach, speaker, mentor and founder of Fierce Feminine™.
I am a fierce lioness in business and on stage, but to be honest: The moment, I close my laptop and shut the office door, I am a feminine siren, enjoying life in pleasure and joy, being led by the masculine and surrendering to the wonders that life brings me frequently. You then find me most likely in the waters, freediving and jetskiing. Since I am Austrian, at least I jetSKI 😂.
This is how I spend my days
I activate feminine leaders, healers, mystics and fempreneurs into their next identity: unapologetic, visible, wildly magnetic and HAWT.
My path didn’t start in strategy. It started on the sidewalk. A stranger once asked me if I was a coach. Because I had that energy. I said yes. And I said yes to everything that came after: A first client. A 5-figure month in my third month. A movement that now supports 4 archetypes of divine feminine leadership.
This is why I left the corporate world
I’d say it’s time for a big shoutout to my former company who kicked me off the teamlead seat with the argumentation “YOU ARE NOT A GOOD LEADER, YOU ARE TOO EMOTIONAL.”
This sentence shaped my path. Here we are, creating a NEW ERA OF LEADERS.
